Onondaga County, New York Inmate Search
An inmate search is a tool used to find information about someone currently in jail. Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office offers the Correction Incarcerated Individual Lookup and Justice Center Incarcerated Individual Lookup portals to the public for inmate searches without charges. The portals reveal basic details about incarcerated individuals, including their full name, age, custody status, booking date and time, the name of the arresting agency, court date, offense, and cell number.
Individuals may also conduct inmate searches for Onondaga County offenders at the local level. Police departments such as the Syracuse Police Department and the Town of Manlius Police Department (TMPD) serve as the first points of contact. Although most local police departments do not have designated inmate rosters, they publish arrest information on their social media pages and accept in-person inmate search requests.
